2-4 servings make the quantities, it depends on whether these Breakfast Oats are eaten as a side dish or as a main breakfast.
Variations
With more protein – just add another 30g of protein powder and increase the plant milk amount by 60g.
Other fruit – you can be very creative here. I’ve already made these Breakfast Oats with:
- Peaches,
- plums,
- raspberries or
- apples
and every combination tastes heavenly!
Brownie Breakfast Oats – this incredibly delicious combination is for all chocolate lovers. Healthy brownies for breakfast? Yes, please! For this, simply add a tablespoon of cocoa powder and fold in + dark chocolate drops. Really a dream that you can enjoy without a guilty conscience. Also very good in combination with protein chocolate powder.
Meal Prep & Storage
Want to prepare this Breakfast Oats Casserole as a healthy Meal Prep dish? No problem. Just let them cool after baking and then store them in the fridge (covered) for 2-3 days with no problem. You can also enjoy the Baked Oats cold, I personally like them warm so I recommend microwaving them for about 30 seconds.
