Ready for a crazy breakfast or dessert recipe?
This wild combination is based on a protein oats recipe and is topped with an incredibly fluffy peanut butter cream. You can see this super fine cream in the picture below. And it goes even further, because these protein peanut butter oats are topped with chopped almonds and covered with a Raffaello cream (this cream on top tastes exactly like the filling of Raffaellos). Super delicious! By the way, you don’t need an oven or stove for this recipe. If you want to know how to make this little treat in just a few minutes, then continue reading. The recipe, instructions and a few more tips & variations follow.
Have fun getting hungry, let’s go!
Recipe
- Serving: 1
- Duration: 15 minutes
- Level: easy
Ingredients:
- Protein Oats
- 60g oats
- 10g protein powder
- 1 tsp chiaseeds
- 120ml oat milk
- Protein Fluff
- 1,5 tsp creamy peanut butter
- 1,5 tsp yoghurt
- Frosty Topping
- chopped almonds
- Mini piece of melted white chocolate
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Kitchen Tools:
- Container
- Microwave to melt chocolate
Directions:
For the oats base, simply mix all ingredients together in a bowl until everything is evenly distributed. Then place in the refrigerator while preparing the other layers.
For the fluffy peanut butter cream, simply mix the two ingredients together and spread onto the oat layer. The protein peanut oats are ready – now it’s time for the topping.
Add chopped almonds on the peanut butter cream and pour white chocolate on top.
Then place in the freezer for a short time to get a frosty chocolate crust. This step is optional though, it tastes also great without it.

Variations
Peanut butter – If you like, you can replace the peanut butter with other nut butters or spreads. For example, almond butter, jelly or maple syrup.
Nuts – You can also simply replace the chopped almonds with nuts of your choice or swap them for other toppings such as cocoa nibs.
White Chocolate – Combined with coconut and the white almond pieces, the topping tastes like Raffaello, if you’re not a big fan of that, swap out the topping with dark chocolate.
Suitable Accompaniment
I always recommend fresh fruit with every oats breakfast. Since it was not used here in the recipe, how about a portion of blueberries or a mixed fruit salad to go with it?
Have fun trying it out!
